From the beginning, Lance and Nicki knew they didn’t want to just buy coffee—they wanted to partner with the people growing it. They sought out small, family-owned farms in Guatemala, Vietnam, Tanzania, and Uganda, places where farmers pour generations of knowledge into growing the best beans. These farms may not be the biggest, but they are rich in tradition, quality, and sustainability.
Every batch of 30A Roasters coffee is sourced with fair-trade principles, ensuring that the farmers receive fair wages, safe working conditions, and the ability to reinvest in their land and communities. These aren’t just transactions; they’re relationships. The Millers personally connect with their farming partners, learning their stories and ensuring that their hard work is honored in every roast.
